Linking Three Countries and Opening New Opportunities: IBI Successfully Hosts Pakistan-China-Kazakhstan Trilateral B2B Business Forum
On June 24, the Pakistan-China-Kazakhstan Trilateral B2B Business Forum, hosted by IBI, was successfully held at IBI Corporation's Xinjiang Digital Economy Headquarters. More than 60 entrepreneurs from China, Pakistan and Kazakhstan, representing sectors including chemicals, agriculture, new energy, logistics, power, automobiles and other industries, gathered to conduct in-depth exchanges on topics such as trilateral industrial chain collaboration, digital supply chain services and cross-border trade cooperation.

Liu Junzhai, Director of IBI and Founder of TDD; Qin Yahong, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee and Deputy Commander of the 12th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the XPCC Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone; and Khalil Hashmi, Ambassador of Pakistan to China, delivered speeches at the forum.

Liu Junzhai first extended a warm welcome to all guests present. She said that, as a leading industrial internet platform in China, IBI has been deeply engaged in three major growth curves: industrial e-commerce, industrial digitalization and cross-border industrial belt development.At present, Chinese enterprises going global have shifted from single-product exports to systematic coordination across industrial chains, supply chains and digitalization. On May 13 this year, IBI Pakistan Digital Economy Headquarters was officially launched in Islamabad, opening a two-way economic and trade channel to help Chinese enterprises expand into the South Asian market and assist Pakistan in connecting with Chinese supply chain resources.On July 8, IBI Kazakhstan Digital Economy Headquarters will be officially launched in Almaty, covering the entire Central Asian region and focusing on cross-border transactions, the digital economy and industrial investment, with the aim of building a core hub for industrial cooperation in Central Asia.Looking ahead, IBI will leverage Xinjiang’s advantages as a hub port to build a “South Asia + Central Asia” dual-pivot cross-border digital economy ecosystem. The company will continue to promote enterprise matchmaking and project implementation among the three parties, build a cross-regional cooperation network covering trade, logistics, investment and digital industries, and contribute platform capabilities to the development of the Belt and Road industrial digital ecosystem.

Qin Yahong said that, as a core area of the Belt and Road Initiative, Xinjiang has a unique geographical advantage of “five ports connecting eight countries” and serves as an important hub linking the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor with the Central Asian market.The 12th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and the XPCC Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone will continue to optimize the business environment, support platform-based enterprises such as IB I in leveraging their digital technology advantages, promote cross-border trade facilitation, and provide solid industrial support and policy guarantees for cooperation among enterprises from the three countries.He said he looked forward to more enterprises leveraging Xinjiang's geographical advantages, deeply integrating into the regional industrial chain division of labor, and sharing development opportunities.

In his speech, Khalil Hashmi said that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has achieved fruitful results, and Pakistan attaches great importance to economic and trade cooperation with China. The forum covers key sectors such as chemicals, agriculture, logistics and automobiles, which are highly aligned with Pakistan’s needs for infrastructure construction and industrial development.Pakistan looks forward to leveraging IBI's digital supply chain platform to promote Pakistan's specialty products, such as minerals and agricultural products, into the Chinese market, while attracting more Chinese enterprises to participate in energy and transportation projects in Pakistan.He highly commended IBI's practical initiative of establishing a digital economy headquarters in Islamabad, noting that it will provide a regular and institutionalized channel for enterprises from both countries to connect. He also expressed his expectation that trilateral cooperation will deliver more results at an early date.
Subsequently, Khalil Hashmi, Liu Junzhai, Qin Yahong, Olga Tleuzhanova Fedorovna and Wang Yufei held in-depth exchanges during the roundtable discussion on topics including “digital supply chains empowering cross-border trade,” “logistics corridor construction and cost reduction and efficiency improvement,” and “complementary industrial chain cooperation among the three countries.”They also answered questions from enterprises on cross-border settlement, customs clearance facilitation, overseas warehouse deployment and other practical issues. Representatives of participating enterprises said that the roundtable discussion directly addressed real-world concerns and helped remove many uncertainties for future cooperation.

The successful hosting of this forum marks a solid step forward in IBI's cross-border digital supply chain strategy, with Xinjiang as a pivot to connect Central Asian and South Asian markets.In the future, IBI will cguoontinue to rely on its “1750” cross-border strategy, consisting of one digital platform, seven overseas centers and 50 overseas warehouses. It will deeply integrate data across nine key nodes, including customs, taxation, foreign exchange, government affairs, commerce, ports, shipping, warehousing and finance, to provide efficient, transparent and low-risk digital trade services for enterprises from the three countries, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
